Taping is two different jobs. Kinesiology tape stretches and moves with the body, and is used to support muscles and joints through a full range of movement. Rigid zinc oxide tape does not stretch, and is used to hold a joint still, most often an ankle. Underwrap goes under rigid tape to protect the skin.

Hayes First Aid is the Irish distributor for SportTape. Clubs, physios and schools buy rolls, pre-cut strips, underwrap and adhesive spray from us, along with cold packs and pitch-side bags.

The Sport Tape builder asks which joint you are strapping and lists the tape, the underwrap and the spray that go with it.
