Payment Information

You can pay securely for your order directly on our website using a credit or debit card. The following card types are accepted at checkout:

Our online shop is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order reference. If your card payment is declined, please contact your bank or try an alternative card.

If you would prefer to place your order by phone, our sales team is happy to take your card details over the telephone.

This service is ideal for customers who prefer telephone ordering, or for larger or more complex orders where you would like to speak with a member of our team directly.

Approved customers may purchase on 30-day credit account terms. This option is available to qualifying businesses, public sector bodies, healthcare providers, and educational institutions.

To apply for an account, please email our accounts team with your business name, registered address, and VAT number (if applicable). Applications are subject to credit approval and may require trade references.

Overdue accounts may be subject to a late payment charge in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 580 of 2012).

Payment by electronic bank transfer (EFT) or SEPA Credit Transfer is accepted for all orders. This is commonly used by public sector and corporate customers with purchase-order workflows.

Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared, unless a credit account agreement is in place. Please email a remittance advice to accounts@hayesfirstaid.com to help us allocate your payment promptly.

Cheque payments are accepted, though we recommend bank transfer or card payment where possible for faster processing and despatch.

All online payments are processed by Worldline, Hayes First Aid's certified payment service provider and a PCI-DSS Level 1 accredited gateway. All card transactions are handled in accordance with the Payment Services Directive (PSD2, EU 2015/2366).

If you have any concerns about a transaction or suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please contact your card provider immediately and notify us at sales@hayesfirstaid.com.

Hayes First Aid is committed to protecting your personal data. We process personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

Your data is never sold to third parties. We use trusted processors (including our payment gateway and courier partners) bound by data processing agreements that comply with GDPR requirements.

All prices on hayesfirstaid.com are quoted in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is applied at the applicable Irish rate at the point of sale.

Hayes First Aid offers payment on invoice to qualifying organisations including schools, voluntary groups, community organisations, sporting clubs, and similar bodies. This arrangement allows goods to be delivered and an invoice issued for payment shortly after receipt.

Payment on invoice is subject to approval and may not be available for all order types or values. For larger orders, we may request a purchase order number prior to dispatch.
