Manual Handling

Description:

A half-day manual handling training course, delivered by our training team, at your own premises as agreed with Hayes First Aid.

Course outline:

  • Legislative requirements for manual handling and health benefit
  • Anatomy and back care
  • Ergonomic principles and manual handling risk assessment
  • Manual handling principles and techniques
Course Delivery:

Taught through classroom-style presentations and practical demonstrations.

Duration:

3 hours (single session)

Group Size:

Maximum 12 participants per instructor

Location:

Delivered by our training team, at your own premises as agreed with Hayes First Aid.

Certification:

PTAS Manual Handling Certificate, valid for 3 years from completion date.
