Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
No. Click & Collect is free — there is no delivery charge on any collection order, regardless of order value.
How long will my order take to be ready?
Most orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are ready for same-day collection. We'll email you when your order is packed and ready. Do not travel to collect until you receive this email.
How long do you hold orders?
We hold click & collect orders for 5 working days. If not collected within this time, we'll contact you to arrange delivery or re-collection. Uncollected orders after 10 working days may be subject to a restocking fee.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes — the person collecting must bring the order confirmation email and (for orders over €500 ex VAT) valid photo ID. Please contact us in advance if you need to arrange a third-party collection.
Can I return an item at collection?
If there's an issue with your order on collection, let our team know immediately. Returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy.
Can I order by phone and collect in store?
Yes. Call 069 66006 and our team will take your order and arrange collection. Payment by card over the phone (MOTO) is accepted.
