When will my package be shipped?

Orders are typically processed same day as day of order placed and payment confirmation. If an item is not in stock or has a longer lead time you will be informed by our customer service team.

What are the delivery methods?

We offer DPD courier delivery, express delivery, and local pickup at our warehouse in Newcastle west, Co Limerick, V42 N220.

Deliveries usually take 1–2 business days after your order has been shipped.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can then enter your tracking number on the DPD tracking website to see the status of your delivery.
