Easy payment options for your online account by credit card/debit card or invoice. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Solo.

We abide by the Irish and EU Rules on Data Protection.

Hayes First Aid. will not give, sell, trade or rent in any way or form,information supplied by our customers to a third party.

Your information is strictly used for internal Hayes First Aid purposes to process your orders. We need to collect basic login data (e.g. email address, password, company name) when you register with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send order confirmations. We collect delivery and billing information (ie. invoice & delivery addresses, phone numbers etc) at the Checkout page in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem with your order.

When an order is placed via credit card, payments are taken at the time the order is placed.

Hayes First Aid value our customers privacy and understand that you don't want your name and personal details sold or given to third parties. Hayes First Aid will not sell, give, trade or rent your information to a third party. We will only provide your information to a third party, who will also keep your personal details protected, when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery.

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information. Should we decide to change our privacy policy in any way, we will notify such changes on this page so that you are aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we would disclose it.

Are payments secure on Hayes First Aid.Com?

Absolutely Yes

At Hayes First Aid.com we never store your credit card information on any of our systems.  Your credit card details are encrypted and stored directly by our payment gateway providers Worldline who are fully complaint with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Hayes First Aid uses a secure server to automatically transmit an encrypted message to Worldline, AIB and Bank Of Ireland.

Users have the option at any time to delete their saved card details

If you recently updated or added a new credit or debit card to your Hayes firsat Aid account, a temporary transaction of €1 may appear in your bank statement to verify that your card is open and in good standing. The charge will appear as ‘pending’ and is automatically voided after we have verified your card. 

Please be aware that this is not a charge, and will disappear from your statement.  Depending on your bank it can disappear anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.

Pay by Account

If you have an account with Hayes First Aid Supplies you can use this facility to place your order online. At the checkout you will be asked to complete your account details, invoice and delivery address with no requirement to use the credit card facility. Our standard payment terms apply.
